Franz Wisner is a senior consultant of The Torrenzano Group, a reputation and high-stakes issues management firm specializing in building and protecting corporate reputations, helping clients grow their business and enhance brand and shareholder value.


Wisner was press secretary in the United States Senate, spokesman and communications director for California Governor Pete Wilson, served as vice president, communications for The Irvine Company, and general manager for Edelman.

Franz is a communications expert, educator and New York Times bestselling author of “Honeymoon with My Brother” and “How the World Makes Love”, both published by St. Martin’s Press. Wisner has shared his stories on Oprah, Today Show, CNN, Fox News, NPR and numerous media outlets worldwide.

He has written, ghost-written and edited several books. When not writing books, Wisner helps companies write their best stories.

Wisner teaches storytelling and writing at several universities, including the University of Texas, Sacramento State University and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
